Restore and Maintain a Healthy Back

Picture
“It is most necessary to know the nature of the spine. One or more vertebrae may or may not go out of place very much and if they do, they are likely to produce serious complications and even death, if not properly adjusted. Many diseases are related to the spine.” Hippocrates, ca 460 Bc  - ca 370 BC

The quality of your life is determined by the health of your spine. Your cerebrospinal fluid, to a great degree, determines just how healthy your spinal cord is, and how efficiently the spinal nerves carry messages from your brain to your body, and from your body to your brain.

Cerebrospinal fluid, a nutrient-rich, lubricating liquid that surrounds the spinal cord and brain, keeps a constant pressure in the human body. This pressure regulates nerve flow and affects every physical sense.

Doctors now recommend exercise and physical therapy for their patients who suffer from lower back pain. Exercise keeps the fluids of the body moving, reduces pain and nourishes the discs of the spine.
