Green Smoothies - SuperfoodGreen smoothies are, quite simply, one of the best ways to nourish body, mind and spirit. Raw food, blended thoroughly, is easy to digest and the leafy greens combined with fruit provides super amino acids.
We were introduced to green smoothies by our heart-student Cory Martinet. He insisted that we try them, and we are so very glad he did! We make green smoothies almost every day, and highly recommend that everyone buy a good, sturdy blender and start making them as soon as you can! We have found that 40% leafy greens and 60% fruit, with about a cup of water is the best combination.
